Your Name: Han Jumashov & Murad Yashuzakov
Company Name & Industry: BizBoyz & Fashion and Apparel
Job Title: Founders
Q: Tell us about your business – what inspired you to start it?
A: Growing up in a low-income family, dressing for success was a huge burden that we have experienced firsthand. Even after coming to study in the United States, we realized that this burden was widespread in American higher institutions where young professionals did not have access to high quality professional apparel. This was the moment we decided to change this by developing unique partnerships which will provide students and other early-career individuals with access to premium professional attire.
Q: What’s the mission of your business, and how do you see it making an impact?
A: Our mission is to expand our reach to as many early-career individuals as possible to ensure they have access to premium professional apparel at competitive prices; so, this is one less burden to overcome as they prosper in their respective career aspirations.
Q: What makes your business unique in your industry?
A: Most of our competitors focus on bridal and groom sector or on business to customer markets. On the other hand, our approach is to establish partnerships with colleges and universities which will enable students, faculty and staff level-up their professional attire at competitive prices.
Q: What does a typical day look like for you?/ With the current project you are working on?
A: Working a full-time job and running a successful business is like battling two beasts with one arm. Nevertheless, this is exactly what makes it so much more rewarding. As far as the current projects go, we are wrapping up a big website update which will showcase our new suppliers and deliver better user experience for customers. Some of the other upcoming projects include several events that will be scheduled for 2025.
Q: What challenges has your business faced, and how have you overcome them?
A: The biggest challenge in a fashion industry is providing more inventory and handling unique sizing requests. Both can be resource exhausting and eat up cash flow. Fortunately, we have developed superior logistics whereas now we can provide new items almost every week and accommodate sizing requests through custom tailoring.
Q: What has been your biggest success story?
A: The biggest success story since we have brought our idea from inception to market is the fact that we have established partnership with several businesses and educational institutions. Some of the major wins so far are North Carolina Wesleyan University and GH Inner Performance, in addition to this Fellowship with Alloy 26 and our Perks Partnership with Faros Residential which allows residents at Faros Properties to receive an exclusive discount on our items!
Last but not the least, BizBoyz is currently participating in a fundraising competition at Entrepreneurs of Impact supported by Daymond John. Cast your vote for them now by clicking the link below!

Q: What drew you to apply for the coworking fellowship at A26?
A: As a Pittsburgh based company, our desire to have a positive local impact was a great fuel to look for such opportunities. And when we came across this opportunity there wasn’t a doubt in our hearts to be part of this. We are looking forward to being a positive force in Pittsburgh.
Q: What are you most excited to achieve during your time in the coworking community?
A: We would love to get to know and connect with as many like minded people to ensure our positive influence gets amplified. Once all fellows get together, we plan to host several events for local communities.
Q: Have you made any valuable connections or collaborations through the coworking space?
A: We have been fortunate to connect with Fitry, Alison, and Julia. We are looking forward to connecting with more fellows!
Q: What are your business goals for the next 6-12 months?
A: Our goal is to reach 40 partnerships by the end of October 2025 so the next 6-12 months will be focused on developing connections and growing relationships.
Q: What advice would you give to someone starting a business or applying for a fellowship like this?
A: My first advice on starting a business is to start. So long as it does not involve a significant financial risk, the best thing is to start. So many people get stuck in an idea or research stage and give up way too early before even getting to start line.
Q: Where do you see your business five years from now?
A: In 5 years, we see ourselves having reached over 1000 partnerships with a monthly volume of over 5000 suits being sold and getting ready for our IPO stage in NYSE.
Q: How can the community support your business moving forward?
A: I believe the best way to support our business is to spread a word and help us connect to educational other entities who would benefit from our partnership.
Q: What’s the most rewarding part of running your business?
A: Running a business is like climbing a tree. The higher you climb the riskier it gets, the harder it gets but also the better gets the view. And best of all, as you are climbing so called tree, you get to experience so many little branches and leaves that each of them leaves an impact of their own.
Q: Who has been a major influence or mentor in your entrepreneurial journey?
A: I have a lot of people who I learn from and look up to. However, if I had to name one person who I try being like is Elon Musk. I have yet to meet someone who has worked as hard he has done and had this level of impact on advancing humanity.
Q: What’s a piece of advice you’ve received that has stuck with you?
A: “It is not a matter of if but when” This has change how I look at a lot of things in many ways. So no matter what I seek to achieve, it is now just a matter of when.
Q: What do you like to do when you’re not in the office?
A: I truly enjoy working regardless of where I am working at. When you have multiple projects, a full-time job, a team that relies on you to deliver then all you do is work. My secret is though, I enjoy what I do and enjoy who I am doing it with.
Q: What 3 things do anyone starting in your industry need to know?
A: (1) Stay away from brick & mortar and being tied to a physical location since the future of commerce is e-commerce, (2) Sales is the bread and water of any commerce, (3) Do your due diligence with your margins and how return would affect them.
Q: Where do you see the future of your industry?
A: I believe the future of fashion and apparel will be entirely on e-commerce. Although it is easier to enter markets now, this will get tougher since the advance of AI will help big brands to lower their cost and get their margins through the roof that small brands will need to get super creative to capitalize.
Q: What do you want people in the coworking community to know about Alloy 26?
A: I believe this is a unique opportunity and we all should perish this community.
Q: Who/ what is your inspiration?
A: Although I do have people I look up to, my main fuel to keep going and work hard is the life I promised to my family and loved ones.
