Pittsburgh’s 57th Annual Light Up Night
There is no better place to kick off the holiday season than right here in Pittsburgh. On Friday, November 17, Comcast will host another great night in honor of Christmas time in the city. With five different tree lightings, a visit from Santa, and so much more, this event will be sure to get you into the Holiday spirit. There will pop up shops in Market Square, ice-skating in PPG Plaza, musical performances by Andy Grammer and many more. Don’t miss out of the city’s first great night of the holiday season!
Peoples Gas Holiday Market
Starting in November 17 and continuing through the holiday season, up to January 1, you can explore and shop at a variety of different European-inspired vendors for your holiday shopping list. Stop by Market Square to see what each vendor has to offer. Enjoy unique gifts, foods, and even a visit from Santa Clause himself. Highmark First Night Pittsburgh
It’s best New Year’s Celebration in town and you can be a part of it! On December 31, Highmark will be hosting an art-based celebration in the Cultural District, to celebrate the New Year. There will be live music, art performances, ice sculptures, and a variety of several different family- friendly activities for everyone to enjoy.
Kennywood’s Holiday Lights
Pittsburgh’s most traditional amusement park will be transformed into one of the most spectacular lights shows in the Pittsburgh area. With over two million dazzling lights, the park will be covered with a Christmas display that will amaze you. There will also be visits from Santa and firework displays. So bundle up, get a group of family, and friends together and head out Kennywood for light show that won’t disappoint!
